WHAT TO EXPECT

Here at Life Pointe Church we certainly don’t have it all together, but we sure do try our very best to love God and man with reckless abandon. We hope that you'll shed your preconceived notions about what church is supposed to look and feel like, grab a few friends, and check us out on a Sunday. We’ll meet and greet you, enjoy some coffee and bagels, crank up the music, and praise, worship, honor, and learn more about our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and how His Good News intersects with today's world.

WHAT TYPE OF CHURCH IS LIFE POINTE ?
We are an interdenominational church with people from all backgrounds (no church affiliation - Catholic, Baptist, Methodist, Pentecostal, etc.). For global connection, missions, and covering we are affiliated with the Church Of God - a 6-million member worldwide fellowship.

WHAT ARE LIFE POINTE SERVICES LIKE ?
We believe that Life Pointe should offer the best 90 minutes of your busy week. The services are challenging, creative, interactive, meaningful, and spiritually engaging. Each service kicks-off with about 15 minutes of inspirational 'Praise & Worship' music - a fusion of rock and soul that should get you up on your feet to sing and dance loud and proud. After that it's 10 minutes of intimate Communion time followed by a short meet-and-greet session with your church family. After about 3 minutes of announcements from the host it's our weekly message from the Pastor - a Gospel-focused message that's honest and a bit irreverent. We believe that church should be enjoyable, engaging, and deeply spiritual.

WHAT KIND OF PEOPLE GO TO LIFE POINTE ?
Today's modern church can be one of the most segregated places in your area, but at Life Pointe we have a very diverse crowd with dozens of nationalities proudly represented on any given Sunday. That's every age, every background, and every economic level. We believe that we look like the melting pot that is our surrounding community. We believe that we look like Heaven. Life Pointe is a faith community for people like you and your friends. No matter what you look like or where you came from you'll be welcomed and received with arms wide open.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR ?
Come as you are - jeans, shorts, whatever. As long as it's non-offensive then it's fine. Don’t worry about what you wear. Jesus doesn't. He cares about what's on the inside. We want you to enjoy your experience at Life Pointe in comfort.
